Quill Immigration Inc. guides individuals and families in Canada and abroad with meticulous, professional support for temporary and permanent immigration pathways.

About Quill Immigration

Our name; our promise

The name Quill reflects the core of our practice: care and precision. Historically, the quill pen was used to draft documents of great importance with thoughtfulness and intent. In that same spirit, we approach every immigration application with meticulous attention to detail.

Quill Immigration Inc. is a Canadian immigration consulting firm serving clients domestically and internationally. Based in Ontario, Canada, the firm holds Class L3 — RCIC-IRB authorization, permitting representation before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

Why Choose Us

Expertise, accessibility, and commitment – on your side.

L3 Licensed – Expertise You Can Rely On

Not all immigration consultants are equal. Our L3 license is the highest certification available, meaning we're qualified to handle complex visa categories, appeals, and corporate cases. We stay updated on the latest immigration laws, so you never get outdated advice.

Available Across Time Zones

Living in a different country shouldn't mean waiting for days for a reply. Our team works across all major time zones – from Toronto to London, Sydney to Dubai. Early mornings, late evenings, or weekends? We're here. You'll never miss a deadline because of the time difference.

No Hidden Charges – Ever

Every cost is shared upfront in a simple agreement; fixed-fee packages with no hourly billing. You'll never receive an unexpected invoice. What you see is what you pay.

Timely Submission – Because Delays Cost Dreams

A late submission can mean visa caps being reached, job offers expiring, or family separation. We treat every deadline as sacred. Our team sets internal deadlines 5–7 business days early, and we maintain on-time filing rate across all visa categories. If we commit to a date, we deliver.

End-to-End Guidance – You're Never Alone

You're not just a file number. You're a person with a story. From your first call to the day you land, we're by your side. We provide Step-by-step document checklists tailored to your profile, real-time updates on your application status and post-landing support.
